1.update php.ini file with these, first search then update
openssl.cafile="C:\xampp\htdocs\cacert.pem"
curl.cainfo="C:\xampp\htdocs\cacert.pem"

2. Remember to uncomment  this line in your php.ini file: extension=php_openssl.dll

3.rember to allow turn on less secure apps access for the gmail account being used else it will be blocking it
